UPDATE: Service Disruption – Our Systems Are Getting Back Online!

We would like to provide an update regarding the recent service disruption affecting our systems.
Our server provider experienced an outage within its internet infrastructure last week. Services are now gradually being restored, and we have regained access to the majority of our systems, with only a few minor limitations remaining.
Importantly, we can confirm that there is no indication that any data has been leaked, accessed without authorization, or compromised as a result of a cyberattack.
To further strengthen the reliability and resilience of our systems, we are preparing to transition to a new server solution. The new infrastructure will provide us with additional tools and safeguards designed to reduce the risk of similar disruptions in the future.
