St. Martin Bank & Trust Company Well. - Insurance update
No word from Insurance Company on initiating any Settlement outside of their original low ball offer prior to our filling Suit.
Will be working with Legal to formulate our Plaintiff Strategy/Case.
Gaugers will check on Well/Equipment once a week for safety. Legal Expenses as incurred will be billed out on Settlement Statement Billings.
Will work to minimize costs during the legal process.
