      LARTO LAKE#3 - RE-ENTRY PROJECT - 5 OIL WELLS + 1 SWD WELL

We are excited to share some photos from the Larto Lake field, a project we are revitalizing and bringing back into production.

LARTO LAKE#3 – RE-ENTRY PROJECT – 5 OIL WELLS + 1 SWD WELL - ALL OIL WELLS HAVE HAD PREVIOUS ACTIVE PRODUCTION.
Price one percent - Working Interest: $ 12,500.- (Oil Wells) & 0.25% w.i. in the SWD well
N.R.I. Net Revenue Interest: 0.70% per percent in each well. (Oil Wells)
SWD well with a N.R.I. 0.175% per percent
All of these wells are located in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana.
Initially drilled in 1987, these wells were last in active production in 2017 under the previous owner. Because proper renovations and maintenance have not been consistently carried out, production has been steadily declining. However, we believe that substantial reserves still remain. Our plan is to renovate all infrastructure, including pipes, tubing, tanks, separators, and pumps, to restore the wells to production. We anticipate a maximum yield of 8 to 12 barrels per well, resulting in a total daily production of 40 to 60 barrels.
Our assumption of strong reserves and stable production is reinforced by nearly 12 months of operation at the Missiana #15 well (part of Larto & Forster #1), where we have consistently produced about 9 barrels per day when online. This observation supports our belief that there are still significant reserves to be discovered & produced in these wells.

The video below was taken when we did the first 15-minute test on the Missiana#15 well, which is part of the recently completed sister project Larto & Forster#1, which is sold out.

Economy: Estimated crude oil prices range from $50 to $90 per barrel, with a break-even point at $30.00 per barrel. Click on each economic sheet to view it in a larger window. Our financial calculations are based on a 5-year period; however, this does not imply that the wells cannot produce for a longer duration. We expect a production lifespan of 10 to 15 years. (Please disregard the dollar sign in front of the oil and gas production column numbers, as removing it is necessary for our Excel formula calculator to work correctly.)

      Financial summary of this project:
We have developed nine scenarios based on the five oil wells scheduled for production. The total expected daily production is 45 barrels per day, with an estimated 5.00% decline in production per 12 months of active output. This decline rate applies even after the initial five years, which the budgets are based on. We expect production to last between 10 and 15 years, which informs the project's economic framework.
We anticipate an average increase of 9 barrels per well as more wells are connected, resulting in higher daily production and higher returns.
      **Project Highlights:**
      - Net Revenue Interest: 0.70% per 1.00% working interest in each well- 1.00% Working Interest available in all wells ($12,500)- Investors will participate in all five oil wells plus one Salt Water Disposal (SWD) well- Economic calculations are based on production from the five wells, totaling 45 barrels per day- Right of first refusal to participate in future projects- Our operator, LLANADA OPERATING LLC, co-owns all the wells- Estimated reserves range from 750,000 to 1 million barrels of oil- The field is known for the longevity of its wells, many of which have produced for over 60 years and continue to be economical to operate- Total project costs encompass project development, consulting fees, current and future equipment necessary to bring the wells back online, and access to extract the potential reserves from our wells
**Distribution of Ownership in this Project:**
      - The Operator: 15.00%- EnerGyne Resources Multi Well 1 Inc: 10.00%- Other Investors: 75.00%

Note: When we make financial calculations for a project, we always factor in the things we know needs to be done, but as with technical equipment, unforeseen things can happen. Therefore, we cannot always know 100 percent how things will develop, even if we do our best to consider everything we know about and a little extra.
Fortunately, workovers on these wells are not very expensive, which is also why we can offer ownership at such a favorable price in this project.

      Thank you, EnerGyne Resources
