We have received a message from Anthony about the situation with MESOFI to which he sold TXEP FUELS LLC, he now states that he has not received his last half of the payment for the company there among Rodriguez Lease. This means that he lets the trade go back and even takes control with TXEP FUELS again. We have informed him that we expect a detailed report from him on what has happened between him and MESOFI, and this incredibly unprofessional process we have been through since the end of March where he reportedly sold to MESOFI. We have informed him that customers have been waiting a long time for updates and progress on the projects they have invested in at TXEP, and that we have spent a lot of resources on finding head and tail in this process, which is in no way acceptable either for customers or EnerGyne Resources.
However, Anthony has stated that he himself will start payments to all those who lack dividends, all the way back from the beginning of the year (2021) this is to happen from tomorrow 16 June 2021. We have requested bank documentation for these transfers so we can see who who gets what and when.
We await this report from him and send it out as soon as we receive it.
However, we can state that via our network in the USA, we have started a study around, TXEP, MESOFI, wells etc. we look at production figures, active leases, this to give us an overview of the activities of the last 3-6 months.
We are awaiting feedback on this, when it is available everyone will be advised should this be necessary.

I am I'll be processing payments after the 16th. Ive also got the 50bbl refinery built which we will be processing our crude and making into diesel and selling. Have contracts to fill as far as diesel oil as well.

. Paperwork from my attorney has been sent they just need to sign to give the interest back. They have a deadline of the 16th to sign or it automatically voids the lease they signed for non payment.
