Update of Operations - Lippincott17 - Estis Leases etc. IMPORTANT TO ALL INVESTORS!

I have relieved Sam of operations and hired a young man about early forties
to operate and organize our operations. I still not clear if he will operate Lippincott #17 due to
the distance from Natchez, Ms. He will take over Estis and other leases. I feel we will
see a better quicker movement now and get those 3 wells GP on Estis. I am working with Sam on what he has in mind on 17. We are all tired of excuses and fighting with mineral owners. I believe Sam is his worst enemy and people have agreed with me.
I would love to trade Sam's share of Estis for 17. I do not think 17 will live up to
what we were told it would do from possible damage to wells operated from previous
operators.
We are finally starting GP on Estis and will have our new guy supervise it. Hope
I have some good news next week on possible trades. Larry GP a well in the same zone
a few miles from us and has come back from 2 bopd to 16 within two weeks pumping a half stroke a minute to not pull hard on the GP. We should do better.
