Please see an email that went out today communicating an additional +/-$62,000.00 of invoices that have come in to be paid for the fishing job at the St. Martin Bank and Trust Company Well.
All invoices to Swivel Rental and Supply (company that dropped the tool) are being held.
Unfortunately, you will see these charges on your March Settlement Statement that will need to be paid to keep accounts whole for insurance settlement- next steps.
We continue to press for updates and recommendations for insurance covered settlement actions- and will keep you appraised of our progress.
March Revenue Loss will be calculated upon receiving March Production per Barrel sales $ from CHO Logistics.
