Update:
We met with our Attorney Monday and he suggested that we forward a Demand Letter to the Insurance Company giving them 30 Days to comply.
We have been working on this since December and have timely supplied them everything they have asked for.. and then some.. with objective of getting this settled as soon as possible.
If we don’t get an acceptable response within 30 Days- we plan to start the legal process.
