St. Martin project - Legal case update to all investors - Almost done!
We had a short meeting today with the management from Shelf Energy to get an update on things. The status is that they are currently in settlement negotiations with the other party's insurance company, which is also the one that has been dragging its feet in this case for almost 2 years, and the trial is due to start in July, probably also why they now want to talk as Shelf Energy has not chosen to withdraw and held on all along.
All parties are sworn to secrecy so we have not been able to find out much, only that they look positively at the situation and that they expect a clarification within 2-4 weeks.
As soon as there is a decision / agreement, everyone will be notified directly from Shelf Energy and us.
So it looks like there will soon be an end to this long case.
