To all investors in st.martin well, Shelf Energy has chosen to sue the subcontractor who has caused damage to our source for a sum of approx. DKK 30 million. Everyone who wants to participate in this lawsuit must confirm directly to Shelf Energy via the email that has been sent to them, the starting price for participating will be approx. 1000 USD. per percent one owns.

Please see the attached Petition for Damages that was filed on Friday in association with the Swivel Rental & Supply, LLC Insurance Claim.
Not sure of timing; however, right now our Attorney is thinking 6 to 12 Months to work through the Courts at a cost of $25 to $50,000.00.
If we go with a Jury Trial- we would also need to put up a $50,000.00 Bond (that would be returned after all is complete and paid for).
Participation in the Suit (and associated costs) is the only way a party will have the opportunity to recoup any of the damages detailed in the Proceeding.
